• You may not share your login credentials or course materials with others. Doing so may result in revoked access without a refund.

• You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute any part of the course without written consent.

4. Earnings Disclaimer

• We make no guarantees about your ability to earn income by taking this course.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not responsible for any business outcomes, financial loss, or legal consequences from applying the course content.

• You are solely responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations related to massage and business operation.

6. Payments

• All payments must be made in full before course access is granted.

• Payment plans must be completed as agreed; failure to complete payments may result in revoked access.

7. Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of any and all Kriss Laine digital products.

1. Digital Product Policy

Because this is a digital product with instant access, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued after purchase, except where required by law.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only if:

• You were charged in error (duplicate payment)

• You did not receive access to the course due to a technical issue we are unable to resolve within 7 business days

3. No “Results-Based” Refunds

We do not offer refunds based on perceived results, lack of implementation, or change of mind. Your success depends on your own effort and application of the material.
